We offer contract CMM Inspection services for your custom parts. Our CMM equipment can handle your most demanding application within an 18" x 22" x 12.5" envelope. Parts can be directly inspected on our CMM equipment using your CAD models, leaving very little room for guess work or error. We utilize CMM Manager, the latest in cutting edge CMM Software. Should any translation of files be necessary, we verify these translations to the original data set using Comparevidia, the latest in verification software. Commonly, our CMM inspection services are for first article inspections, in which we will provide a complete dimensional first article inspection report. (FAIR) Other customers prefer to use our services beyond the first article for contracted receiving inspection and/or batch inspection.
