A: Yes, Aero-Plastics although known as a being short production run company, has invested in the latest fixturing and manufacturing equipment to handle large production runs.

Q: Do you have turning centers with live tooling capabilities?

A: Two of our turning centers have live tooling (C-Axis) capabilities. The latest of which has full 4-axis capabilities giving us the ability to turn the most intricate of parts.

Q: How tight of a tolerance can you hold?

A: Typically we can easily maintain +/- .001, depending on material specifications it is not uncommon for us to machine parts with tolerances of +/- .0005 or less.
