A: We have the capabilities to machine a wide array of materials, including Phenolics, Torlon , PEEK, Aluminum and Stainless Steel in addition to all plastic sheet rod or tube material.

Q: What type or materials can you injection mold?
A: We can mold a wide range of materials, including Ultem, PEEK, Nylon, PPS, Polyurethane, Polycarbonates, TFE, Polyethylene and many others.

Q: Do you have experience molding engineered resins that have additives in them?
A: Yes, we have molded a wide variety of filled resins, with additives such as Talc, Carbon, Glass and Foaming agents.

Q: Can you mold Torlon?
A: Yes, Torlon can be injection molded but at this time we are not certified to mold Torlon.

Q: Do you have the ability to trace your material?
A: Yes, we have policies and procedures in place for 100% traceability of your material.
